From our very first phone conversation, Wendy put me completely at ease. As a very private person, I was extremely stressed about inviting someone into my home for professional organizing, especially with things not being in their ideal state. Wendy was fantastic. She busted her buns to get as much accomplished as possible. I had trouble keeping up with her at times, but she is very good at being kind and diplomatic but firm, keeping me on task and helping me see the big picture, which is exactly what I was missing that made me look for an organizer. I happen to also be in a difficult transition, and Wendy went the extra mile to be supportive. I’ve worked with her twice now, and I’m definitely booking again when I can. If you’re on the fence about getting an organizer’s help (as I was for years), just do it. You won’t regret the peace of mind it gives you. Wendy was also super responsive and able to work with me on my schedule.
Wendy was just what I needed. When contacted, she responded within 24 hours. She was very responsive, upbeat in her correspondence, and asked questions that would better help her understand my needs. On our first meeting she showed up with an energetic, encouraging, and gentle way of assessing what I wanted to get done. We tackled my craft room. Not an easy job as there are many types of crafts that I enjoy doing. She was able to help condense clutter to put like items together, help me sort items for donation, garage sale, and trash. Before I knew it I could see the floor and had like items together. Who knew I had so many scissors, rolls of tape, and glue options! She happily took the many bags and boxes of donated items with her to be donated to the appropriate organization. I have since had two more decluttering/organizing sessions and have been encouraged and supported in these efforts. Once Wendy has helped me realize what I have and organized it, I have felt empowered to continue sorting, organizing, and living in a home that is not so overwhelming. I would recommend Wendy to anyone needing help in sorting, decluttering, and organizing in their home or office.

After living in my home for 15 years, I have accrued so much stuff in my kitchen. Wendy helped me to declutter and organize all my cabinets, drawers and gadgets. Now there is a logical space for everything and no more clutter. I also learned a lot from watching her work. Organization is something that I struggle with and she made it so easy. I can't wait to do more projects with her.
Wendy is so awesome! She does not waste any time getting down to business getting things organized and she is very efficient. I love that she has agencies to which she can donate many of the discarded items, as I hated the thought of them just being thrown away. I plan to hire her again and again until I can tackle every area of my house!
Wendy was amazing, She has an incredible gift for seeing what immediate actions need to be taken and then worked with me to guide me through what needed to be done with the upmost care and respect. Wendy came to help me and my son get my elderly father settled into his new room in my home. She helped get his room all set up, organized his possessions and make the rest of the house safe for him to walk through. She listened to our needs with interest and had many suggestions as to how to arrange things, not only in his room, but also throughout the house. I highly recommend her to anyone. I truly could not say enough good things about Wendy. I hired her as I was attempting to redo several areas of my home while suffering with a chronic illness and it was just not happening. She came in with care, compassion, and skill that not only allowed me to finish two of my biggest projects but gave me the tools I needed to slowly start working my way through the rest of the spaces. She passed no judgement, talked me through each part of the process, and left me feeling so much better about not only my space but myself. Wendy even followed up to let me know where my let go items found their second home which was super cool and so much better than just a bag to the local goodwill. It is hard to put in words the support and expertise that Wendy provided me in the short and quick time I have known her. Wendy provided me with quick response and communication before, during, and after our in person time together. Wendy was an absolute wonder to work with! She immediately made me feel comfortable and over the span of several sessions together i even felt like we became friends. I had recent surgery and was unable to do much. Wendy went above and beyond helping me organize my entire home after 20 years of clutter. She laughed with me, sympathized over memories and mementoes and even helped make some hard decisions of items that were left to me, but not necessarily needed. Organized by Wendy was the best decision I ever made, as she helped me navigate through boxes and boxes because I had just moved to Indy. Wendy was able to work quickly, tear down boxes, run boxes upstairs that had been labeled “attic.” She makes good decisions on her own, but still —She will ask you what you prefer or how you want things done. Wendy, unpacked and organized my entire kitchen, then we did more in the front room full of boxes and then she folded and hung up all my clothes. It’s always a wonderful day when Wendy‘s here!!
I can not say enough great things about Wendy….we would be here for days! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help/needing organization with the chaos in life. I had an emergency and needed to get a room cleared out/cleaned up and look good for my mother who was coming to stay a few days. Wendy is someone that you can count on….she is beyond kind, listens and is honest regarding keepers and donators and will answer truthfully..I LOVE that everything is donated to a non for profit charity so the people who would benefit from the use of clothing and items receives it….the true meaning of donate. I plan to keep up the relationship and get the rest of my house decluttered and organize….Wendy is a dream come true for me and I slept quite a bit better knowing the monster in the house had been packed up and taken away. Wendy is easy going yet firm when she needs to be, understanding and helped me look at stuff I was keeping for no great reason and realize it was time for a new owner. Wendy has a twinkle in her eye and a smile on her face the whole time working and has an unbelievable work ethnic and hustle. She’s not one to sit….she a go getter. I can't sing Wendy's praises loud enough. She showed up on time and was there until the job was done. She possesses the ability to organize and sort that I just don't have. We purged, packed and purged some more and then packed a storage unit. Wendy wasn't scared of to get her hands dirty, regardless of how bad it was. She wasn't scared to pack those heavy boxes if books in an interest of space. Wendy took a lot of stress off of my shoulders, in a time that was very stressful. I will use her again and highly recommend her services.

As senior citizen we needed help unpacking and organizing pantry. Wendy fit the bill to a t. Our pantry is super easy to find things and she even numbered the contents. She is super pleasant to work with and has a great work ethic and lots of energy. Would highly recommend her.
While I didn’t have the pleasure of Wendy coming to my home due to very short notice on my part, I can’t say enough positive things regarding my interaction with her. Wendy and I worked together on the trustee committee for a non-profit organization. In our year together, we started by taking an initial inventory of everything in the facility. Next, we purged everything broken, outdated, or unneeded. We also organized the non-profit's facility records, reallocated spaces in the building, reorganized resources, and insured maintenance was up-to-date. (When I say "we," I mean mostly Wendy.) Wendy didn't just put stuff where it belonged. She navigated the thorny people side of things, too; helping everyone across the organization come to terms with the changes. Not an easy task when there are that many people with that many strong emotional ties to that much stuff! The result was a more functional facility that better served its purpose and made it easier for everyone to do their job. I couldn't have done it without her expertise!
We came to Wendy after having our home office be a mess for months. We we were simply too busy with life to take time to spearhead such a mundane project. Thank goodness for Wendy's leadership and ideas to help us rearrange things and have a functioning workspace now. The best part was that she not only directed us, she rolled up her sleeves and lead us through the daunting task. My brother loved collecting things, Learning new things, & being creative. He gathered a lot of stuff, but never got rid of anything. I was named executor of his estate. I was quickly overwhelmed. I heard about Wendy's expertise in hoarding situations & called her. Before she started she took the time to ask questions & get to know me. She tackled health & safety 1st-- she knew how to tackle this gigantic task & keep things moving. She saw thru all the mess & valued how terrific my brother was. She found special items that my family might want. Without her help, our family would still be stuck on step 1 of probate. My brother had so many boxes of paperwork. He never threw away a receipt. She found the papers we needed to sell the house & vehicles. Her respect for my brother, my family & me made a huge difference. She treated me with compassion & well timed assistance for the tough decisions. I wish she could've worked with my brother during his life. He would have liked her a lot.
